Maintenance and Support

C2C has the capability to deliver, install and commission networks at the remote site regardsless of where it is. In addition to this C2C assists customers with:

• Civil works
• Regulatory advice
• Warehousing
• Local licensing application assistance
• Importation and customs assistance
• Preventative inspections
• Maintenance and repairs
• Local installations
• Site surveys

Once a network has been commissioned customers may contract with C2C for in-country support and maintenance. It is up to the customer to decide to how far the C2C maintenance goes. In many cases C2C not only maintains and supports communications infrastructure but as IT infrastructure.

C2C's Network Operations Centre (NOC) continuously monitors both fixed and mobile satellite services. C2C's NOC is available on call at all times.
