In many cases customers have existing networks or simply require a network design and/or network optimisation, a technical review or even a forensic audit. C2C caters for these needs and the service is supported by extensive in-house market research as well as ongoing research and development. In addition to this C2C is supported by a wealth of suppliers spanning all levels of telecommunications, switching, router infrastructure and even construction. Suppliers often make use of the C2C knowledge base in the design and build-out of applications and equipment.

C2C does not produce off-the-shelf generic proposals. A great deal of effort goes into a customer proposal and network requirement to, in the end, present a comprehensive bespoke solution with real costing and an actual solution. C2C does its own pioneering work as part and parcel of its R&D programme and as such do not subject its customers to experiments in the field.

A huge C2C differentiator is that applications and equipment is field tested prior to a sale. C2C is active in the remote site environment and as such has an intimate knowledge of user behaviour, climatic and other sometimes adverse conditions like one would typically find in military conflict areas. C2C has a philosophy of only going to a remote site once and because of this will only recommend tried and tested solutions.
