As an example C2C participates in joint RD projects with technology vendors to achieve the latter. Once a network is commissioned it is integrated with the C2C HP OpenView monitoring and support platform. A comprehensive trouble ticketing system together with pre-agreed service levels ensures pro-activity and optimal network performance.
